Tournament (the games) starts at 3:00P.M.
Registration for tournament: 2:30 - 2:55 PM.
Tournament Fee: $20
Family Discount: second child pays $15, and third child pays $10
Prepaying for several tournaments allows for additional discount.
All students/players will be divided into groups by skill level.
We strongly encourage you to pre-register by phone or e-mail prior to the tournament to improve the administration process.
Finish Time: most games finish by 5:15 P.M., however, please note that advanced players typically take about an hour longer to finish their games.
All participants are rewarded with ribbons, medals, or trophies depending on the players’ success in the tournament.
All games are rated by Chess’n Math Association (www.chess-math.org). Games for the top groups will also be rated by Chess Federation of Canada (www.chess.ca).
