SCHOLASTIC GRAND PRIX 2022-2023

PLEASE NOTE : Onsite registrations are from 10:30am to 11:15am and those who register after 11:15am will miss the first game.

When? FOR GRAND PRIX 2 - Sunday January 29th, the tournament begins at 11:30am and should end around 4:30pm

You may pre-register until Friday, January 27th at noon for 35$ or register on site for 40$ before the begining of the tournament.

FOR GRAND PRIX 3 - Sunday May 14th, the tournament begins at 11:30am and should end around 4:30pm

You may pre-register until Friday, May 12th at noon for 35$ or register on site for 40$ before the begining of the tournament.

Where ? At Loisirs St-Henri, 530 rue du couvent, Montréal. H4C 2R4

The participants will play against players in the same age category.

To have fun, the child must be able to mate and know the difference between mate and stalemate.
The time control is 20 minutes + 5 seconds increment.

In addition to the top 10 of each grade, all those who have played 10 or more rated games between September 1st and December 31, 2022 will be invited to accompany us to the Saratoga Springs, New York scholastic championship.
