Weekday Chess Tournaments for Children & Youth

Weekday Chess Tournaments for Children & Youth: June 29th, 30th, July 1st, 2nd, 3rd; 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th; 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st.

Games start at 10:45am sharp!

Parking: Centre St. & Newwestminster Dr. Intersection North-West Plaza (“Winners”).  Parking on the Thornway Avenue for pick up and drop off only.

Participation Fee: $15 per student per tournament

Family Discount: second child pays $12, and third child pays $8
Registration: 10:15am to 10:45am.

Pre-registration by phone or e-mail is required, as each tournament can not exceed 40 players.

All players will be divided into groups by skill level.

Finish Time: most games finish by 1:00 P.M., however, please note that advanced players typically take about an hour longer to finish their games.

All participants receive trophy, medals or ribbons.

All games are rated by Chess’n Math Association (www.chess-math.org). Games for the top groups will also be rated by Chess Federation of Canada (www.chess.ca).
