32nd ANNUAL CANADIAN CHESS CHALLENGE - ONLINE
Dear participants,
This year’s edition is special because it is the first version of a fully online championship. We all know the COVID-19 pandemic is the root cause, but thanks to technology and home computerization we can see new possibilities for national tournaments from coast to coast.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Problem: Google Chrome occasionally fails to show the latest update of the CCC Scorekeeping web site.
Description: What happens is that Chrome fails to notice updates to the scorekeeping site. For example, after the NL grade 11 and PEI grade 7 players were updated this morning, I did not see the changes until I applied one of the fixes below.
Fixes:
- Clear the Google Chrome cache. This is under the Google Chrome settings. See: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en-GB
- Use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge. The problem seems to occur only when using Google Chrome web browser so using a different browser should resolve it too.
