Unfortunately our registration system only takes into account the players participating in the event and we do not have the names of the accompanying persons (parents and siblings). If it is not done yet, please send the list of accompanying persons to your provincial coordinator and to lacasse@echecs.org. Everyone will have to wear a badge to pass the gate.
AIRPORT PICKUP
We will display on our website people who have requested an airport pickup and for whom we have a shuttle available. We should have a person on site with a green chessboard to facilitate the link with our shuttle.
We have learned that WestJet pilots plan to go on strike around May 19. Several provincial delegates could be affected! We are monitoring the situation closely.
